"Our Twelfth Step - carrying the message - is the basic service that the A. A. Fellowship gives; this is our principle aim and the main reason for our existence."

In the Northwest Hennepin County / Minneapolis Metropolitan region, District 21 is a combined effort to that end.

The district works as a committee to carry the A. A. message with the input and volunteer services of local A. A. members, and groups.
